Plans sell verification, normalization and monitoring as a service — never resale of raw register data. Source data remains subject to each official register's licence and attribution terms (see attribution requirements).

Every plan includes

Coverage of all 4 registers (ORIAS, FSMA, AFM, CBI) — new countries added connector by connector
One normalized JSON record — same fields, statuses and category taxonomy for every country
Smart auto-detection of the register from the identifier format
🇫🇷 France (ORIAS): queried live, real-time
🇧🇪 Belgium (FSMA): updated weekly
🇳🇱 Netherlands (AFM): updated daily
🇮🇪 Ireland (CBI): updated daily

How monitoring works

Pricing FAQ

Is there a free plan?

There is a free Sandbox for evaluation — 100 verifications a month, capped at 20 a day — so you can integrate and test the full API before committing. It is not a production tier: it stops at its limit rather than billing you, and production volume is a paid plan. Separately, the public web verification tool on the site stays free for consumers checking a broker.

How does billing work?

Pro and Business are billed monthly, Enterprise on a custom agreement — all prices exclude VAT and are invoiced. There is no self-serve checkout yet: plans are set up directly with our team (assurtech@yet.lu), which also means your onboarding includes a real conversation about your use case. The Sandbox is free and needs no card.

What happens when I exceed my included volume?

On Pro, each verification beyond the 2,500 included in a month is billed €0.20 (excl. VAT); on Business, beyond 15,000 it is €0.15 — no hard cutoff, no surprise upgrade. On Enterprise, volumes are agreed as part of your plan. The Sandbox is different: it stops at its limit (100/month, 20/day) rather than billing you.

What counts as a verification?

One verification = one identifier looked up, whether through the web tool, GET /api/verify or GET /api/verify/auto. An auto-detect call that queries several candidate registers in parallel for one identifier still counts as a single verification. Discovery calls (listing supported countries) are free and unmetered.

Where does the data come from?

Every result comes from the official national register: ORIAS (France) is queried live per request; FSMA (Belgium), AFM (Netherlands) and CBI (Ireland) records come from each register's official open data, synced weekly (FSMA) or daily (AFM, CBI). Each response carries a sourceUrl pointing at the official source, and BrokPass remains an independent service — for a legally authoritative confirmation, always consult the official register.

Can I resell the register data?

No — and neither do we. BrokPass sells verification, normalization and monitoring as a service, never resale of raw register data. Source data remains subject to each official register's licence and attribution terms, and results you display must credit the source register.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us your volumes and which registers matter to you — we answer fast, and the free sandbox lets you integrate before you commit.
